This Privacy Policy explains how Banale3D ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, place an order, submit a custom fabrication request, vote on a product, or otherwise interact with us.

Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email address, and delivery address — when placing an order, requesting a quote, submitting a review, or voting on a product.
• Order details — products purchased, quantities, amounts paid, and payment method (we do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details; these are handled directly by our payment processors, Razorpay and PayPal).
• Files you upload — design files, drawings, or reference images submitted with a custom order or quote request.
• Basic technical information such as your browser and general location, used only for standard site security and functionality.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your orders, including manufacturing, quality checks, and dispatch.
• To communicate with you about your order status via email and/or WhatsApp.
• To respond to custom quote requests and coordinate on fabrication projects.
• To send updates about new products or restocks, only if you've subscribed or placed an order (you can ask us to stop this at any time).
• To improve our products and services based on reviews and votes you submit.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored using Google's infrastructure (Google Sheets and Google Drive) with access restricted to authorised personnel only. Staff members who need access to specific parts of your order (e.g. production, quality checking, or dispatch) use individually verified logins, and all access is logged.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal) to process your payment.
• Shipping/courier partners, to the extent needed to deliver your order.
• Nobody else, unless required by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below.

By using this website or placing an order with Banale3D, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Custom Orders

Banale3D offers both ready-made products (available directly through our Store) and custom aluminium fabrication services based on designs you submit. For custom orders, we 3D print your design first to verify fit and geometry before CNC machining the final part — this step helps catch errors early, but does not guarantee the final part will be free of all possible design issues inherent to your original file.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless a different currency is selected at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of order via UPI, card, netbanking (Razorpay), or PayPal. Orders are only confirmed and processed once payment is received.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including custom fabrication requests — if we're unable to fulfil it as specified, with a full refund issued in such cases.

Intellectual Property

Design files you upload for custom fabrication remain your property. We use them solely to produce your order and do not reuse, resell, or share your designs without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Banale3D is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this site, beyond the value of the order itself.

Shipping Policy

• We ship pan-India from our facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Standard fabrication and dispatch time is typically 48–72 hours after order/payment confirmation, depending on product complexity and current order volume.
• Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking/AWB details via WhatsApp or email.
• Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier partner and your location, typically 3–7 business days within India.
• International orders (where applicable) may take longer and could be subject to customs duties payable by the recipient.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production has started. Once fabrication has begun (which may happen shortly after payment for standard Store items), cancellation may not be possible since the item is being made specifically for you.

Refunds

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after production has started, for custom-fabricated items.
• Minor variations inherent to small-batch manufacturing (slight finish/texture differences are normal and not considered defects).
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
